How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Doet acupunctuur pijn?
De prikjes van de dunne naaldjes zijn meestal nauwelijks voelbaar. Soms voel je niet eens dat ze er zitten. Wel kun je soms een soort schokje ervaren. Dit fenomeen heet déqi en is een teken dat de juiste plek wordt geraakt.
Wat moet ik aan of uit?
Voor de acupunctuurbehandelingen hebben we meestal je benen, voeten, handen, armen en/of onderbuik nodig. Vaak ook de rug, nek of hoofd. Deze nooit allemaal te gelijk in 1 behandeling. Meestal hoeft dus alleen de schoenen, sokken en bovenbroek uit. Voor de rug vaak ook de bovenkleding. Je kunt je ondergoed (ook BH) altijd aan laten. Trek kleding aan waarin je je prettig voelt. Wij laten je altijd even alleen bij het omkleden. En als je je te bloot voelt in ondergoed, zijn er altijd schone handdoeken aanwezig om je mee toe te dekken of kun je daarvoor je eigen handdoek gebruiken.
Zijn de naaldjes steriel?
We maken gebruik van nieuwe steriele (wegwerp-) naaldjes. Deze worden dus naderhand weggegooid en niet meer opnieuw gebruikt.
Is de praktijk schoon en hygiënisch?
De praktijken worden 2 keer in de week schoongemaakt door een professioneel schoonmaakbedrijf. Daarnaast houden we dit zelf in de gaten om waar nodig nog een keer extra te poetsen. Het beddengoed van de behandeltafels wordt diverse malen op een dag verschoond. Desondanks vragen wij je om zelf een handdoek mee te nemen om op te liggen.
Hoe lang duurt een consult?
Een beginconsult duurt ongeveer 45 minuten tot een uur en een vervolg consult ongeveer 30 tot 40 minuten.
Hoeveel behandelingen heb ik nodig?
Een acupunctuurbehandeling is altijd op maat. En niet alleen het symptoom, maar ook de oorzaak van het probleem wordt aangepakt. Lichaam en geest worden als één geheel gezien, alle omgevingsfactoren zijn van belang voor je gezondheid en er wordt anders gekeken naar de functie en samenhang tussen de organen. Acupunctuur verschilt daardoor nogal van de reguliere Westerse geneeskunde. Maar er wordt altijd eerst naar de westerse diagnose gekeken om ernstige aandoeningen uit te sluiten of advies voor een huisartsbezoek te geven. Wij raden altijd aan om bij ernstige klachten eerst de huisarts te bezoeken.
